Innocence

Stretched tall and forced to carry

The weight of adults with the strength of a child. 

The Wind

Carry me through the immense battles

Carried out by foes

Relentlessly dancing in the fire

Of their own iniquities.

Raise me to the highest place

-Higher than any mountaintop

So that I may gaze into hearts

Carved out of blissful innocent passion.

Promise Me Forevermore

Whisper sweet nothings into my ear

-Promise that you loved me.

Promise that you’ll love me forevermore.

My Precious Fire

I’ll start a fire.

It will burn within my bones.

I’ll fan the flames

Till the warmth reaches my soul.

Storms of Love

Running

Away from my fears tonight.

My, my – I am good enough.

Falling

Into these storms of love;

But now, I need stamina.

Confidence

Walking through fire cause I’m fireproof

Reaching for stars cause I’ve got nothing else to do.

Falling in love cause I’ve got love to spare.

Loving myself cause my beauty is rare.

She’s Brave

She can’t stand in the rain;

A drop from a clouded eye.

But she won’t just stand and cry;

Because she can get through this night.

Lion of the Wind

He came to her like a rushing wind

And roared at the beauty of her contemplation.

A gentleman was he, and he lifted her to high spirits

Before letting his passion take reign.
